ONWARD CLIENT PORTAL

Terms of Use

Effective October 7, 2026

Choosing Onward is a customer-facing platform for independent businesses that hire Onward Marketing. Each client receives a separate private workspace to review project work, share files and feedback, and plan social content. Access is limited to the client’s invited users and authorized Onward team members.

Your account

Use your own invited account and keep your sign-in details private. Tell Onward if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity through your account until you report unauthorized use.

Workspace content

Only upload or submit material you have the right to share. Keep comments and files relevant to your project. Do not use the portal to distribute unlawful, harmful, or malicious material, or to access another client’s workspace. Onward may remove material or suspend access when needed to protect a workspace or comply with the law.

Social account connections

An Onward administrator may connect an Onward-managed social account after approving the platform’s permission screen. Read-only performance data from a connected account may appear in Social Analytics. Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile posts require a separate confirmation before they become public. Google review replies use the same safeguard. The portal may suggest a review reply with an AI service, but an authorized Onward administrator must review the exact wording and choose to publish it. Other drafts, comments, and approvals inside the portal do not themselves publish a post. Account access can be revoked through the platform or by contacting Onward.

YouTube features

Choosing Onward uses YouTube API Services to connect an approved Onward channel and upload videos selected by an authorized administrator. By using these YouTube features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You must own or have permission to publish every submitted video and must follow YouTube’s Community Guidelines. Before a video can be scheduled or uploaded, the portal requires a title, description, visibility, audience designation, category, altered-content answer, and rights confirmation. The connected channel and chosen visibility are shown before upload.

An authorized administrator can disconnect YouTube and delete the portal’s stored YouTube connection data from Account Settings. This action does not delete videos or other data stored by YouTube. Those items must be managed through YouTube. Our collection, storage, use, and deletion of YouTube information are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Other services and client agreements

Links to Google Drive, analytics, Stripe, Calendly, and social platforms open services with their own terms and privacy practices. The portal does not replace a separate service agreement between Onward and a client. Project scope, fees, and payment terms remain governed by that agreement.

Availability and changes

Onward may update the portal and these terms as its services change. We will post the updated terms here with a new effective date. If you no longer wish to use the portal, you can delete your account from Account Settings or contact Onward.
